Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Uservisor ("the App"), you ("Merchant", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Uservisor is operated by Modhouse Watches di Cinciripini Lorenzo, based in Monsampolo del Tronto, Ascoli Piceno, Italy ("we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Uservisor is a Shopify app that analyzes your online store using AI-powered buyer personas to identify conversion friction points and provide actionable revenue recovery recommendations.

The service includes:

• AI analysis reports based on 5 buyer persona archetypes
• Prioritized fix recommendations with estimated revenue impact
• PDF report export
• Monthly automatic re-analysis
• Implementation tracking (Pro plan)

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Plans available:

• Starter — €19/month — 2 analyses per month
• Pro — €49/month — 10 analyses per month, full feature access

Trial: A 7-day free trial is available on all paid plans. No charge is applied until the trial period ends.

Billing: All billing is processed by Shopify Billing API. By subscribing, you authorize Shopify to charge your account according to the plan selected. Prices are in USD as listed on the Shopify App Store.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopify Admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Uservisor only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App to analyze stores you do not own or have explicit authorization to analyze
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or prompts used by Uservisor
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

5. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy

Uservisor uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis reports and revenue estimates. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation
• Revenue impact estimates are projections based on industry benchmarks and are not guaranteed outcomes
• Uservisor does not guarantee any specific increase in conversion rate or revenue
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any recommendations provided by the App

6. Data Access and Permissions

By installing Uservisor, you grant us permission to access your Shopify store data as specified in our Privacy Policy, including product listings, theme information, and analytics data. This access is used solely to provide the analysis service.

We do not modify your store data. We only read data necessary to perform the analysis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, persona frameworks, and software comprising Uservisor are the intellectual property of Modhouse Watches di Cinciripini Lorenzo. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our express written consent.

Analysis reports generated for your store are yours to use and share freely.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Uservisor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Uservisor if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the service or other users.

You may terminate your use of the service at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ascoli Piceno, Italy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
