Methodology

Methodology

This report draws on Uservisor analyses run between January and June 2026. Each analysis simulates five AI buyer personas — Researcher, Skeptic, Deal Hunter, Bargain, and Cautious — against live Shopify store data. Personas browse the storefront, flag friction points that interrupted their path to purchase, and estimate the monthly revenue impact of each issue. Findings are aggregated and fully anonymized. Store categories span fashion, beauty, supplements, electronics, home decor, and 10+ additional niches, with a minimum of 20 stores per category included in category-level analysis.
